Designed with economy in mind, although we don't skimp on quality. We erect pre-engineered tubular steel buildings and carports manufactured in Florida by Orlando Steel Enterprises, Inc., engineered in Florida and erected by Florida residents.

As an upgrade, we can build tubular aluminum structures with similar features. As a licensed contractor, Massing Builders, Inc. pulls the necessary permit and erects the building from start to finish. You won't be an Owner/Builder dealing with our company (contrasting with most of our competitors).

All of our buildings meet the engineering standards of the Florida Building Code, all are "certified" (we do not sell you the option of building illegal buildings) and erected with approved anchoring systems designed to 130mph or higher windloads.

The quality of these buildings is superior to most of the tubular frame buildings on the market. We start with high tensile strength (55000 psi) 2"X3" (dimensionally stronger) Allied Tube structural components utilizing their "Flo-Coat" process of galvanizing as compared to the inferior G-90 (or worse) process on most competitors' structures (ask them for the specifics they are not telling you, in writing). Our tubes also have an interior coating for added protection. With Massing, you get what you pay for! Better quality, longer life!

Sizes are available in clear-spans up to 40' wide, any length, and side wall heights up to 16' to easily accommodate motorhomes. These can be open-framed (roof covering only), partially-enclosed, or fully enclosed with various door and window options.
