• Extensive use of engineered tie plates and connectors (more than anyone), tying all joints top to bottom. End wall corners have galvanized diagonal T-strap 3-dimensional bracing dadoed into the studs. Stronger!
  

• All lumber is Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) #1 which is much stronger (UP TO 19%) than spruce or fir.
  

• Dadoed (notched and tied into studs) midpoint 1x4 SYP perimeter board for exceptional lateral sheer stability, 2x4 bottom sill, double studs in corners, double end wall/rafter sections. Stronger, stronger, stronger!
  

• 2x6 PT #2 floor joists, 16" on center, set into skid dadoes, which means more floor load (75-125psf). Please note that 10x12 and smaller sheds utilize PT 2x4 joists at 24" or 16" on center depending on size.
  

• 3:12 roof pitch (some sizes have less pitch because of transportation limitations).
  

• Use of 1x4 SYP purlins attached to rafter dadoes allowing for vertical placement of roof panels. Better water runoff!

• Split roof panel at ridge allows for ventilation.
  

• "Rainlock" deep channeled corrugated roof panels running downhill. Exceptional water runoff!
  

• All roof screws include sealing neoprene washers and also caulked with silicone. NO LEAKS!
  

• Aluminum Dutch lap siding panels (more rigidity because of the extra bend).
  

• Closure strips around roof perimeter and along peak sealing against bugs. Extra wide ridge cap.
  

• 3 1/2" corner trim, widest in the industry, with extra bends for strength and rigidity to protect corners from leaking.
  

• Mobile home door pre-hung in weather proof extruded aluminum jamb, with weather seals, and a dent resistant galvanized steel skin (instead of aluminum or "susceptible to UV" fiberglass).
  Economy doors available for less.
