SINCE 1977
We are a family owned and operated company (third generation) which excels as specialists in accessory structures, having delivered over 18,000 buildings throughout Southwest Florida. Our two locations are situated to serve from Collier to Manatee Counties on the west coast and from Hendry to Hardee Counties to the east. There is no additional delivery charge in these areas.
We started our business as a dealer of manufactured buildings (storage sheds) and have expanded over the years with the addition of a Florida State Certified Contractor’s License CRC1329902 (Massing Builders, Inc.) to include a wide range of products, from pre-engineered or pre-manufactured to custom site-built utilizing a large variety of materials such as wood studs, galvanized steel studs, engineered wood products, or concrete block. Our offerings of siding and roofing treatments are extensive to suit your utilitarian and/or decorative needs.
SPECIALISTS
With those years of experience, we have gained knowledge in every aspect of accessory structures, learning details of construction, working hand-in-hand with engineers and craftsmen, then actually building custom structures. We have learned our side of the construction industry and will go over engineering, point-by-point to show our customers why our structures are the best quality and value in the industry.
Our aim is to educate you about the advantages and disadvantages of siding and roofing treatments (without the hype) and also the advantages and disadvantages of the available structural and floor components to help you decide which is best for you.
We are also experts in the permitting process within the governmental jurisdiction where you live. We pull the necessary permit and you can rest assured that your structure will be delivered and set up or constructed within the legal parameters of Florida Statutes, Florida Building Codes and local zoning and building ordinances. Taking on that permitting responsibility, we add a high level of accountability, from initial zoning and plans reviews through final inspections.

SERVICE AND WARRANTY
We service what we sell and honor all manufacturer and material warranties (ask us for the details). We go the extra step to assure you of proper construction and/or set ups, anchoring, leveling, etc. to avoid the majority of, if not all, potential problems which can (and do) occur when proper guidelines (by the Massings, our engineers, and manufacturers) are not followed.
Our deliveries are handled by our employees who have years of everyday experience with our products. We do not take shortcuts to save time and money. We strive to avoid problems and your satisfaction is our primary focus.
